The Catering & Hospitality programme provides hands-on training in professional cooking, baking, food presentation, and hospitality service. Students learn to prepare both Ghanaian and international cuisines, manage food service operations, and deliver excellent customer experiences. The programme prepares graduates for careers in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and event management.
